About the Opportunity
n
This is not a traditional project management role.
n
We're looking for a Transformation Project Manager who can identify opportunities, challenge the status quo, solve complex business problems and drive meaningful business outcomes. You'll lead high-impact initiatives that simplify processes, improve customer and team experiences, unlock productivity, and help accelerate Reece's transformation agenda.
n
Working across a diverse range of business functions, you'll partner closely with key leaders, subject matter experts and technology teams to deliver improvements. From process redesign, automation and AI to large-scale business change, you'll be responsible for taking initiatives from concept through to successful delivery and benefits realisation.
n
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex challenges, and wants to make a visible impact across a large and dynamic organisation.
n
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
n
About You
n
You'll be commercially minded, highly analytical and naturally curious, with a passion for improving how businesses operate.
n
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
n
n
- Proven experience delivering transformation, business improvement, operational excellence or strategic change initiatives.
n
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering outcomes through cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
n
- Experience identifying, quantifying and delivering productivity, customer experience or process improvement benefits.
n
- Solid process improvement and problem-solving capabilities, ideally supported by Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
n
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to build business cases, assess benefits and support data-driven decision making.
n
- Strong analytical skills to analyse data, find root causes and monitor improvements.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently from frontline teams through to senior leadership.
n
- A hands-on, self-driven approach with a bias for action and a passion for delivering results.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related discipline.
n
