Key responsibilities

- Create nurturing learning environments where children can thrive and feel safe
- Support and lead other educators
- Mentor and support team members
- Work collaboratively within the team environment
- Implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

About you

- Hold, or be actively studying towards, a Diploma, Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved qualification
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Hold a current Paid Blue Card
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to ongoing professional growth and learning
- Enjoy working collaboratively within an established and supportive team environment
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate is preferred but not essential

We are a parent-run Committee Childcare Centre and not-for-profit organisation operating hours 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
