Job Description

n

The daily routine of a Gardener at Cater Care encompasses a variety of tasks, including:

n

n
- Maintain and enhance site grounds and garden
n
- Turf management, tree and shrub maintenance, mowing, weed control, and watering the grounds
n
- Maintain camp facilities in a serviceable and presentable condition, which will include all minor repairs
n
- Maintain yards at the site in a presentable level as required in contractual requirements
n
- Refer to site job routines for daily duties
n
- Safety Health and Environment
n
- Working as key members of our remote maintenance teams
n
- Provide proactive maintenance to structures and services as required
n
- Industrial cleaning where required
n
- Operate and maintain equipment and machinery
n

n





Desired Skills and Experience

n

Our ideal candidate will require the following:

n

n
- A collaborative individual skilled (12 months +) in managing multiple tasks in high-pressure settings
n
- Capable of enduring extended shifts (11.5 hours) in a dynamic work environment
n
- Experience in general maintenance or a background in trades or labor is preferred
n
- Familiarity with chemical handling is advantageous
n
- Capability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively with team members
n
- A dedication to providing authentic and friendly customer service
n
- A driven, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a 'can-do' spirit
n
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive workplace, occasionally for extended durations
n
- A strong sense of personal appearance and hygiene
n
- A top-notch safety-oriented mindset
n
- Possession of a forklift certification is preferred
n
- Mandatory Requirement - Manual Driver's License
n
- Mandatory Requirement - Cert III Horticulture
n
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months
n
