Indigeco is recruiting an APS4 Executive Assistant for our Commonwealth Government client based in Mildura. This is a 12-month labour hire contract supporting senior executives in a busy, professional and purpose-led government environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator who is confident managing calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, executive workflows and sensitive information. You will provide high-quality support to senior leaders and work closely with teams across different locations to ensure the smooth running of the office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide executive assistant support and general office management to senior executives and their teams
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries, correspondence, emails and follow-up actions
- Proactively manage busy executive calendars, appointments, meetings and competing priorities
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, briefing materials, logistics and action tracking
- Manage, book and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with policies and completing travel acquittals
- Process corporate credit card expenses, reimbursements and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate incoming branch correspondence, monitor and prioritise requests,
and support clearance processes for meetings, forums and executive papers

YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- Australian citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
- Ability to complete required pre-engagement checks, including a satisfactory National Police Check
- Demonstrated experience providing executive assistant, secretariat, office management or senior administrative support
- Strong calendar, email, travel, meeting and correspondence management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond to changing business needs
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly
