In this role, you will:

n

n
- Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors including pharmaceutical, banking, agriculture, tourism, insurance and not-for-profit.
n
- Strengthen and grow relationships with high-value clients.
n
- Drive new client growth across Australia.
n
- Work closely with our experienced Brand, Research and Creative Strategists to deliver exceptional strategic and creative work.
n
- Manage project finance, timelines, and profitability with precision.
n
- Be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly team.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
n
- Scope, quote, and manage complex brand, creative, production, and digital projects—ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
n
- Provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring all work aligns with client objectives and overall brand strategy.
n
- Collaborate with Producers and Senior Strategists to develop proposals and contribute to strategic planning.
n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts,



and support efforts to secure new clients.
n
- Represent Fuller in high-level client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
n
- Oversee the use of time tracking and billing systems to ensure accurate and efficient project and cost management.
n
- Negotiate scope changes and project expansions with professionalism and confidence.
n

About You

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
n
- 3-5 years' experience in Account Management within a creative or branding agency (desirable).
n
- Proven ability to build client trust and deliver long-term value across complex accounts.
n
- Solid project management skills and familiarity with modern PM tools.
n
- Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development.
n
- Sound understanding of branding, creative campaign development, and digital production processes.
n
- Skilled in interpreting briefs, scoping and quoting multi-channel project work.
n
- Financially literate, with experience managing project budgets and invoicing.
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including briefing, presenting, and client correspondence.
n
- Calm, organised, and able to manage competing priorities with grace.
n
- A positive team player who values excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
n
