We are seeking an experienced End User Support Specialist to join a dynamic, forward-thinking ICT team dedicated to driving key digital workplace initiatives and cloud integration for our Federal Government client.
Play a vital role in enabling workforce productivity and supporting major IT transformation projects, including Microsoft 365 optimisation, Azure integration, and modern endpoint security enhancements.Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality second-line technical support and troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

- Provision, configure, and maintain operating systems, modern endpoints, standard software packages, and device imaging workflows.

- Manage endpoint security measures-including antivirus, encryption, and access controls-while supporting incident response and vulnerability mitigation.

- Execute routine system updates, security patches, and upgrades in line with organisational IT policies and industry compliance standards.

- Drive continuous improvement by delivering user training,



crafting clear documentation/user guides, and supporting cloud adoption initiatives (Azure and M365).

- Maintain accurate IT asset management, lifecycle tracking, and software licensing compliance while collaborating with cross-functional network and infrastructure teams.

Skills & Experience

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud environments, Windows OS, contemporary endpoint management (Intune/SCCM), device imaging, and endpoint security tools.

- Proven track record in an IT Support or End User Computing role, preferably within a complex Federal Government or enterprise environment.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and the capacity to deliver clear technical guidance to non-technical users.

- Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline
