KeepCup started in a Melbourne café with a simple idea: keep it and use it again. Today, we're a global brand designing reusable products that fit seamlessly into everyday life, and we're looking for a Social Media Specialist to own KeepCup's social presence end-to-end, from strategy to execution, shaping how our brand shows up culturally, creatively and consistently across social channels.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and cross‐functional teams to deliver thoughtful, well‐timed social content, manage community interactions, coordinate creators and influencers, and support campaign rollouts across Australia and the UK.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Owning KeepCup's social channels day‐to‐day - planning, publishing, optimising and evolving content
n
- Creating and editing social content (especially short‐form video)
n
- Managing day‐to‐day community engagement, including comments, DMs and tags
n
- Sourcing, briefing and coordinating UGC creators and influencers (AU + UK), including PR gifting and seeding support
n
- Translating campaigns and launches into social‐first content and storytelling, aligned to the marketing calendar
n
- Defining content pillars, channel roles and posting approaches aligned to brand and campaign objectives
n
- Supporting partnerships, competitions and seasonal activations
n
- Contributing to shoots and content production, including shot lists and on‐set coordination
n
- Collaborating closely with design, ecommerce, PR, sales and customer service teams
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- 2 – 4 years' experience primarily in social media or content roles, either in‐house or agency
n
- A strong understanding of social platforms, trends and best‐practice execution
n
- Confidence creating and editing content, particularly short‐form video
n
- Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful approach to community management
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines
n
- Experience working across international markets (especially the UK) is a bonus
n
- A genuine interest in reusability, sustainability and reducing disposable waste
n

Please note: This is a full‐time, office‐based role located at our Clifton Hill HQ (5 days per week), designed for close collaboration with our Melbourne team.
