The Opportunity

n

Step into the spotlight at Australian Outback Spectacular! We're looking for energetic Food & Beverage team members to help deliver unforgettable guest experiences in one of Australia's most iconic live shows.

n

You'll be part of a fast-paced service team delivering meals and drinks to up to 900 guests while they enjoy a true-blue Australian show. From welcoming guests to keeping the show running smoothly, you'll help bring the outback magic to life every night.

n

This seasonal role runs until January 2027, with potential contract extensions or ongoing opportunities for standout performers.

Key Responsibilities:

From welcoming guests to keeping the show running smoothly, you'll help bring the outback magic to life every night. You'll:

n

n
- Welcome guests and help create a memorable night out.
n
- Prepare and serve drinks, operate POS, and process sales accurately.
n
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently during the live show and manage any dietary requirements.
n
- Maintain high standards of food safety and workplace hygiene.
n
- Set up and pack down the venue.
n
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

We're looking for team members who can keep pace with the action and bring true-blue hospitality to every guest. You'll bring:

n

n
- A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
n
- Full availability for Tuesday to Saturday night shifts and Sunday day shifts as required including during school holiday periods.
n




- Reliable transport as shifts finish outside public transport hours.
n
- The ability to work on your feet, use stairs repeatedly, and move safely in a fast-paced, dim-lit venue.
n
- A positive attitude and a strong guest service focus.
n
- Excellent grooming standards in line with food & beverage hygiene requirements.
n
- Previous restaurant experience is highly regarded.
n
