The Opportunity

Seeking a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians, with supervision and mentoring from a Director with 15+ years' experience as an Exercise Physiologist.

Caseload & Locations

South of the River
n

- Approximately 50% NDIS, with the remainder a mix of Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation, and private clients
n
- Combination of community and clinic‐based work
n
- Suitable for Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists

North of the River
n
n
- Joondalup: Predominantly private caseload with a robust focus on spinal rehabilitation
n
- Warwick: More mixed caseload
n
- Preferably full‐time Exercise Physiologist (part‐time considered)
n
- Mix of community and clinic‐based work
n

Physiotherapist‐Specific Details

What's on Offer

- Salary range: $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience and discipline
n
- 17% annual leave loading on top of base salary
n
- Bonus structure available for clinicians who meet individual billable thresholds

- Strong administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work

Onboarding & Support
n

- Structured onboarding with up to 4 weeks with no caseload

- Shadowing, systems training, and supported ramp‐up

- Ongoing supervision and mentoring, particularly for new graduates

About You
n
n
- AHPRA‐registered Physiotherapist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist
n
- Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians
n
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
n
- Comfortable working across clinic and community settings
n
