Job Description

As an ERP Architect S/4HANA at XPT Software, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions, emphasizing finance and cross‐module integration. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, define technical and functional strategies, and ensure the successful implementation of large‐scale SAP projects. Experience in asset‐intensive industries or utilities is highly regarded.

Experience and qualifications:

n

n
- 10+ years' experience in SAP solution architecture, with a robust finance background and hands‐on SAP FI/CO consulting experience.
n
- Proven track record in leading high‐level solution design for large‐scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA.
n
- Expertise in cross‐module integration and a working understanding of SAP SCM, EAM, and EPPM.
n
- Experience in asset‐intensive industries or utilities is highly desirable.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
n
- Experience in developing system requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing business solutions under tight deadlines.
n
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.

- Strong customer handling skills and the ability to lead and mentor teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute a robust SAP S/4HANA solution strategy, aligning with business growth objectives and leveraging Wipro's capabilities.
n




- Lead the design and conversion of business requirements into high‐level SAP solutions across finance and related domains.
n
- Support consulting and license presales opportunities, including requirements gathering, scoping, and estimation.
n
- Architect and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions, with hands‐on expertise in SAP FI/CO and cross‐module integration.
n
- Provide guidance on SAP SCM, SAP EAM, SAP EPPM, and related modules.
n
- Advise on best‐fit S/4HANA strategies, including recent installations and conversions, tailored to customer environments.
n
- Ensure effective integration with SAP Cloud products (e.g., ARIBA, CONCUR, FIELDGLASS) and advanced finance functions (e.g., asset accounting, central finance).
