We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our Managed Services team, supporting customers across mining operations and corporate environments.
n
You will be a proactive individual who is passionate about customer service, confident managing escalations, and comfortable operating at a senior level within a hands‐on support role.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support across mining operations, ensuring reliable access to critical systems and minimising downtime for field and corporate teams
n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in high‐demand environments
n
- Operate in line with strict safety, compliance, and site requirements, maintaining operational continuity
n
- Manage and prioritise incidents, service requests, and escalations in an SLA-driven environment
n
- Maintain ownership of complex issues through to resolution, including appropriate escalation where required
n
- Deliver clear,
timely updates to customers and stakeholders
n
- Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing within the team
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- 3-5 years' experience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, or a similar role
n
- Experience working in mining, industrial, or operationally critical environments (highly regarded)
n
- Extensive knowledge of Exchange, AD, M365, Intune, Azure
n
- Experience working in an SLA-driven support setting
n
- Confidence to manage escalations and work at a senior level within the team
n
- A customer‐centric mindset with a proactive approach to supporting users
n
- Willingness to travel to customer and remote sites and comply with H&S; requirements
n
