Croff Bakehouse is looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our flagship West Leederville café.

n

We're looking for someone who is more than just a great cook. We want a chef who is passionate about creating exciting, modern brunch dishes, has a strong eye for presentation, and can help grow the business through innovative menu development.

This role suits someone who is confident running the kitchen independently now, while having the leadership skills to build and develop a larger kitchen team as the business continues to grow.

Requirements for this role

- Flexible hours available.

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.

What you'll be responsible for

- Leading all kitchen operations and service.
n
- Creating seasonal menus and unique dishes that keep customers coming back.
n
- Delivering beautiful,



consistent plating and high-quality food.
n
- Managing ordering, stock control and food costs.
n
- Maintaining food safety and kitchen standards.
n
- Recruiting, training and developing a high-performing kitchen team as we expand.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a busy café or brunch venue.
n
- Solid creativity and passion for menu development.
n
- Exceptional plating and presentation skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kitchen.
n
- A commercial mindset with ideas to help grow sales and the business.
n
- Leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a strong team.
