About the Role
n
As an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Port Wentworth, GA, you'll work one-on-one with children in their home or clinic setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes
n
- Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
n
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
n
- Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
n
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
n

What We're Looking For

Required:
n
n
- Active RBT certification
n
- High school diploma or equivalent
n
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
n
- Experience working with children across different ages and abilities
n
n
Preferred:
n
n
- TRICARE certification
n
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
n
n
