We are searching for Brisbane's best Food & Beverage Leaders to help bring to life our F&B; dining venue – Lennons Restaurant, a timeless Brisbane icon, where classic bistro meets elevated dining. Located in Queen St Mall, Lennons Restaurant & Bar pays respect to its history from 1884 to the present.

Reporting to the Restaurants Manager, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of Lennon's Restaurant & Bar, In‐Room Dining, and our private boardrooms. You will work with the Restaurants Manager to guide the Food & Beverage operations as successful independent profit centers while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to Hyatt International standards.

Main Responsibilities

- Supervision of F&B; Outlets including In‐Room Dining and our Studio Boardrooms
n
- Proactiveness to move between our F&B; Outlets as business requires
n
- Training and development of all team members
n
- Monitoring payroll costs on each shift
n
- Ensuring shift and daily checklists are completed accurately and timely
n
- Shift cashiering
n
- Ensuring guests receive the level of service and excellence that Hyatt is renowned for
n
- Hands‐on role, working closely with the F&B; team to drive improvement
n
- Ordering and stock control
n

Requirements
n
n
- Proven experience in a similar role
n
- Previous experience using Infrasys is highly regarded
n
- Current RSA
n
- Currently RMLV is advantageous
n
- Shifts will mainly take place for dinner service; however, flexibility around working across all shifts including nights, weekends & public holidays is required
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n
