Assemble Sydney is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Build-to-Rent resident experience from enquiry through to move-in and daily living. You will respond to enquiries, process applications, and maintain lease records while coordinating maintenance and onboarding with the onsite team.
The role requires experience in property management or leasing, solid admin skills, and proficiency with property management systems, CRM platforms and MS Office.
