At HandinHand Mental Health & Disability, we believe people do their best work when they feel supported, valued and connected to the people around them. We are a highly values-based organisation with a warm, collaborative team culture and a genuinely experienced group of practitioners and clinical leaders who enjoy sharing their knowledge, supporting each other and continuing to learn together.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for Behaviour Support Practitioners who want to be part of that culture, whether you're beginning your career and looking for the right place to learn, an experienced practitioner wanting solid clinical support, or an independent contractor looking for greater flexibility without working in isolation.
We value kindness, professional integrity, collaboration, curiosity and respect. We want our practitioners to have a voice, feel comfortable asking for support and have access to experienced people when a case becomes complex.
