? The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team, supporting participants across The Illawarra Region.
This is a role where you’ll be trusted to do your best work - with the backing of a supportive team and leadership that understands the realities of the job.
? What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a diverse, community-based caseload
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments
- Develop person-centred, evidence-informed Behaviour Support Plans aligned with NDIS goals
- Deliver meaningful therapeutic interventions that build capacity and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with families, carers, and support teams
- Actively participate in our clinical governance and supervision framework
? About You
- Registered as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Strong experience in specialist behaviour support
- Passionate about person-centred, ethical practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience across disability and/or health settings
- Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and driver’s licence
