What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing accounts payable (weekly) and accounts receivable (daily)
- Liaising with debtors and creditors and following up on outstanding accounts
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Preparing monthly BAS, GST, and financial reports
- Running weekly payroll and monthly superannuation
- Accurate data entry and maintaining financial records
- Processing rebates, returns, and adjustments with accuracy
- General admin duties to support the smooth operation of the business
What We're Looking For:
- Solid experience in a similar bookkeeping role
- High level of attention to detail – you spot what others miss
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Sybiz is highly desirable
- Flexible and willing to step in and help as needed
- Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience required
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights
