Accounting/Bookkeeping firm experience is desirable.

Our clients are in small to medium sized businesses.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Softwares -Xero, MYOB, Intuit QuickBooks, Reckon, Employment Hero.
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Preparation of EOM reporting - P & L and Balance Sheet
- Experienced in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
- Friendly personality, reliable
- Able to multitask as you will be looking after several clients.
- Speed and accuracy
- Good Organisational skills
- Must be prepared to keep up to date with latest legislation and be interested in learning & developing their skills
- Reliable car and driver’s licence & must be willing to travel.
