PNB IS GROWING - EXPERIENCED BAS AGENT/ BOOKKEEPER WANTED

Pandanus Noosa Bookkeeping is growing, and we are looking for the right person to join our team.

Initially approximately 3-10 hours per week, with the chance for hours and responsibility to grow.

The ideal person will be an experienced BAS Agent / bookkeeper who is confident managing a select group of clients end-to-end, with a high level of autonomy.

You’ll need to be confident with:

- Xero bookkeeping and reconciliations
- BAS & IAS preparation and lodgement
- Payroll, STP and superannuation
- Balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
- GST and payroll account reconciliations
- Identifying and investigating discrepancies
- Month-end / quarter-end processes
- Communicating directly with clients and accountants
- Keeping client files clean, accurate and up to date

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who can review their own work,



understand what the numbers are telling them and recognise when something doesn’t look right.

? Initially 3–10 hours per week

Current BAS Agent registration would be highly regarded, as would significant experience working within a bookkeeping or accounting practice.
