You will be working for Australia's leading trailer manufacturer. We are experiencing growth and seeking an experienced Branch Manager to manage the daily office and store operation of our branch Big Trailer Warehouse Townsville.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Manage daily store operation including allocating human, office, and workshop resources
- Laisie with workshop team to priorities daily orders and monitoring workshop output
- Ensure compliance to workplace safety
- Cashing handling, banking, and managing records
- Stock level control
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Trailer sales, which includes providing quotations to walk-in customers, incoming phone calls as well as email inquiries
- Process orders, invoices and registration in our system correctly
- Follow up customer inquiries and provide quotations in a timely and qualified manner
- Assist customers to customise products to their needs




- Attend to after sales customers inquiries including offering effective dispute resolutions
- Operate forklift to unload trucks
- Maintain a neat and tidy sales yard

The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Minimum three years of office administration and sales experience in similar industries
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Outlook particularly Word and Outlook
- Good understanding of OH&S; procedures
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Positive can-do attitude with a strong ethical and professional standards

In return, we offer a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 per year plus superannuation. Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
