Brand Content & Product Merchandising Manager (Part-Time)

Reports to: CEO

Employment type: Part-time, approx. 3 days per week (flexible hours available; this role suits school-hours availability, e.g. 9:30am–2:30pm)

Location: On-site, Bondi Born HQ, Marrickville

Level: Mid-level: someone who thinks strategically and creatively and enjoys working in a cross-functional team. While you have a great eye and can see the big picture, you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on, and confident with technical systems and AI.

Bondi Born is an Australian luxury swim and resort wear brand. We're B Corp certified and sell through luxury retailers and department stores, direct to consumer through our websites globally, and, latterly, through a growing retail store presence in Australia.

About the roleWe're looking for someone with a genuine “eye” for design and brand presentation to own the day-to-day visual execution of our website, retail stores and product merchandising.

This role blends strategic and creative thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work closely with key people across the business, including our Creative Director, Social Media & PR Manager, and our external web, UX and ecommerce marketing partners, and take real responsibility for creating and managing how the brand is expressed across every channel: the website, retail stores, campaign, website and email.

Key responsibilities

Brand Content Assets

- Work with CEO & Creative Director in planning and creation of compelling brand visuals and content
- Planning, project managing and styling both campaign and ecomm model shoots
- Coordinate ghost imagery production for product pages, ensuring consistent quality and turnaround

Website Brand Pages, Look, Feel, Navigation & Merchandising

- Own the homepage and other brand-related content pages – keeping them on-brand, fresh and impactful




- Work with technical support teams to ensure the site visually reflects current stock, seasonal priorities and brand standards
- Devise, project-manage and implement new product launches across all channels (on-site, in stores, via email and other customer touchpoints) to drive engagement and sales
- Flag opportunities to improve the online shopping experience and recommend practical actions
- Athos software platform to manage and optimise on-site merchandising, e.g. cross-sell, upsell logic
- Maintain and optimise site navigation and collections base udcustomer behaviour

Retail Store Brand Comms

- Liaise with retail store managers on in-store visual presentation and brand consistency
- Help produce and coordinate content elements such as signage and window decals
- Provide a creative, brand-led view on the customer environment across our retail stores

Email Marketing

- Plan a calendar of weekly brand focused newsletters aligned with the North and Southern Hemisphere seasons to drive repeat customer purchase.
- Build and send the newsletters in Klayvio, assess their effectiveness, and report on performance and learnings
- Partner with our external Klaviyo specialist on ensuring our automated email flows, and kept up to date, reflecting the brand's positioning and current collection direction and provide feedback and analysis and improvement recommendations for automated emails
- Plan and develop new cross-sell and up-sell emails based on recent collections, products and opportunities you identify.

Who are you?• A strong eye for fashion,



styling and visual brand presentation
- Technically literate and tech-friendly: comfortable learning and working with merchandising software (Athos), AI and email platforms (Klaviyo). Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus.
- Experience in fashion or a visually-driven retail/ecommerce brand is a strong plus
- Well organised, reliable, and comfortable managing a varied task list across web, merchandising and shoot coordination
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Available on-site approx 3 days a week.
