Hours: 38 hours/week | Daytime only (2:30 PM finishes!)

We are a local, family-owned group operating two high-volume, established beachfront cafés at the southern end of the Gold Coast. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and talented Chef to join our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes on both the grill and pass in a fast-paced workplace.





- Design and implement creative, on-trend monthly menu specials.

- Oversee in-house baking and prep routines.

- Manage produce ordering to achieve set financial KPIs.

- Maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and kitchen documentation standards.

- Complete opening and closing kitchen procedures seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, modern breakfast/lunch café.

- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications and a proven track record.

- Strong culinary flair and passion for fresh, contemporary café dining.

- Commercial acumen with a good understanding of kitchen margins and stock control.

- Outstanding organization, communication, and calm-under-pressure team leadership.
