About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in turning data into actionable business insights. You'll work across operational, financial, and people data to build impactful reporting solutions, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the business.

This is an opportunity for a talented Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems, building dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Extract, analyse, and validate data from multiple business systems
- Build automated workflows and reporting solutions using Power Automate
- Support financial, operational, and workforce reporting requirements
- Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and business processes
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver practical solutions

About You

- Experience in a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Data Analyst role
- Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard development
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong Power Automate,



Power Query, and Excel capabilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
