Source: uWorkin We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support technology and business initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement., * Support Technology Infrastructure projects.

- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyse and map current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop tactical plans to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex business requirements.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication throughout projects.
- Ensure requirements and processes are clearly documented.

About The Candidate

- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of BABOK is advantageous.
- Experience in Technology Infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Industry experience across Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction or Electrical environments will be highly regarded.
- Comfortable with occasional travel to the Olympic Dam site.
