Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Business

Analyst will support the counseling and EAP services by gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, reviewing existing processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data from operational systems, preparing reports and dashboards, and assisting with the design and implementation of new workflows or tools. The role involves collaborating with counselors, administrative staff, and leadership to translate service needs into actionable business solutions, while maintaining sensitivity to client confidentiality and mental health best practices.

The Business

Analyst will also help test and refine changes, track outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

- Familiarity with healthcare or mental health environments, and an understanding of confidentiality requirements, is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and documentation software; comfort learning current systems and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in a part-time hybrid setting, and show attention to detail and professional integrity.
