Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making for JEE and NEET white-label study materials in MS Word, PageMaker, and PPT. Based in Sydney, NSW, this hybrid position allows team members to work both onsite and from home as needed.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients, analyzing current business processes related to content creation and delivery, and identifying opportunities for workflow and efficiency improvements. The role involves preparing reports and simple dashboards on product performance, customer usage patterns, and content effectiveness, as well as assisting in the development and refinement of business models and operational procedures.

The Business

Analyst also collaborates with content, product, and sales teams to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations and supports communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with educational or EdTech environments, and basic proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and maintain attention to detail in a quick-paced, content-focused context.
