This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Consultant to work closely with customers, delivering impactful solutions that extend and enhance our ERP platform, specifically focused on our P&R; solution.

Our P&R; team delivers the capabilities that power consistent, enterprise-grade property and rating experiences. Using these tools, customers can streamline business processes and tailor solutions to meet their unique business needs, all within our SaaS ecosystem.

What you'll be doing…

In this role, you'll work alongside customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across the AMS lifecycle:

- Partner with customers to implement, configure, and enhance TechnologyOne's SaaS ERP solutions
- Support delivery across the project lifecycle, including design validation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
- Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and outcomes
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues, escalating where required
- Apply TechnologyOne implementation methodologies to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support ongoing engagement and success
- Contribute feedback to Consulting Enablement teams to continuously improve products, tools, and delivery approaches

Your Talents…
- Experience in a Business Consultant or Consultant role, within ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software environments




- Demonstrated experience using or implementing TechnologyOne Property & Rating (P&R;), or a comparable local government property, rates and revenue management system
- Exposure to technical consulting capabilities such as analysis and design, Business Process Automation, Workflow and Forms, reporting, integrations, ETL, web services, dashboards, and data visualisation
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical system solutions
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to guide and support customers through their journey
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders
