Skin Deep Careers is partnering with a fast-growing international technology company transforming the beauty, salon, spa and aesthetics industry through AI.

With established clients across Australia, the UK, Ireland and New Zealand, the business is entering an exciting phase of international growth and is looking for a Business Development Manager to help build and expand the Australian market.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of where the industry is going, rather than simply selling into where it is today.

The opportunity The company has developed an innovative AI-powered platform specifically for salons and clinics, designed to help businesses increase revenue and improve client engagement.

This is a genuine new-business and growth role, involving proactive outreach, relationship building, booking product demonstrations and converting new opportunities.

What you'll be doing

- Build and develop a strong network across beauty, salons, spas, aesthetics and medical aesthetics
- Identify and proactively approach new business opportunities
- Build relationships with salon and clinic owners and senior decision-makers
- Book and conduct product demonstrations
- Attend industry events nationally and networking opportunities
- Understand each business's challenges and demonstrate how the technology can create commercial value
- Manage opportunities through to conversion
- Build a solid Australian sales pipeline
- Help shape and drive the company's continued growth in Australia

About you

We're looking for someone who knows the industry,



knows the people and is excited about where it's going.

You will ideally have

- Proven Business Development / Sales experience
- An established network across beauty, salon, spa, aesthetics or medical aesthetics
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
- Confidence with outbound prospecting and new business calling
- A genuine interest in technology and innovation
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to understand a client's challenges and identify solutions
- High energy, resilience and a strong drive to win new business
- A forward-thinking approach to your career and a desire to work within a fast-evolving industry
- You don't need to be an AI expert, you do need to be curious about it.

This role would suit someone who enjoys learning, embraces change and wants to be at the intersection of beauty, aesthetics, technology and business growth.
