Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care

Are you an experienced aged care leader looking to take ownership of a residential aged care service with the backing of an experienced leadership team?

Our client is seeking an accomplished Facility Manager to lead a well-established, clinically robust residential aged care home. Have the autonomy to drive performance while receiving ongoing support from experienced operational leaders.

This role would suit a current Facility Manager or an experienced aged care leader ready to manage an aged care site and committed to building long-term success.

About the Role

As the Facility Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business including clinical governance, workforce management, financial performance, occupancy, quality, compliance and resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a positive, high-performing workplace culture
- Ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered across the home
- Drive occupancy, financial performance and operational efficiency
- Manage budgets, workforce planning, care minutes and agency usage
- Lead recruitment, coaching,



succession planning and performance management
- Maintain compliance with accreditation standards, SIRS reporting and legislative requirements

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance
