About the Role

We are seeking Equipment Operators to join a field operations team. This role is responsible for the protected operation, mobilisation, maintenance and support of specialised equipment across customer sites.

n

The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience working in heavy industry environments, and hold a current MC Driver's Licence. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator looking to work within the energy services sector and contribute to safe, efficient field operations.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Safely operate and transport specialised equipment to and from operational sites.
n
- Conduct equipment mobilisation, positioning, rig‐up and rig‐down activities in line with operational requirements.
n
- Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently during field activities.
n
- Assist with pressure control equipment, pumping equipment and associated field services.
n
- Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance checks and report any defects or issues.
n
- Participate in pre‐job meetings, toolbox talks and safety discussions.
n
- Ensure all activities are completed in line with company HSE policies, procedures and industry standards.
n
- Complete operational paperwork,



equipment logs and service documentation accurately.
n
- Work collaboratively with field crews, supervisors and client representatives.
n
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping across equipment, vehicles and work areas.
n

Skills & Experience Required

n

n
- Current MC Driver's Licence (mandatory).
n
- Previous experience operating heavy vehicles, mobile equipment or specialised field equipment.
n
- Experience within oil & gas, mining, energy, civil construction or heavy industry environments highly regarded.
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
n
- Ability to work safely in remote and challenging environments.
n
- Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
n
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a field‐based team.
n
- Good communication and documentation skills.
n

Desirable Experience

n

n
- Experience within oilfield services, well services, wireline, cementing, stimulation or completions.
n
- Experience working with pressure equipment, pumps, hoses, iron or wellsite equipment.
n
- High Risk Work Licences (forklift, dogging, rigging, crane).
n
- Relevant industry tickets, training and site inductions.
n
