Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented professional to assist in identifying and securing potential franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identifying and sourcing potential franchise sites.
n
- Applying site selection criteria to evaluate suitability.
n
- Liaising with real estate agents to secure properties, conducting site visits, and preparing detailed assessments.
n
- Presenting location options to franchise partners.
n
- Supporting lease negotiations, conducting due diligence on prospective sites, maintaining the location database, and monitoring commercial real estate market trends to inform strategic decisions.
n
- Reporting directly to the Global Leasing Coordinator.
