The Service Technician Role

n

The Service Technician role is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of the company's range of product in the greater Brisbane area. Your duties include:

n

n
- Respond to all allocated after sales calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customer
n
- Ensure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standards
n




- Evaluate and rectify the appliance problem efficiently and accurately and or install and commission an appliance in accordance with the quotation
n
- Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart
n
- Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety of him or her and general public
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable. You will also have:

n
- Air Conditioning & Refrigeration licence and ARC Licence
n
- Current QLD drivers licence
n
- Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices
