Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an Associate (3–4 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Sydney.

The Role

n

n
- Advise clients on a broad range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
n
- Work across commercial disputes, financial services litigation, class actions, regulatory investigations, arbitration, insolvency and shareholder disputes.
n




- Assist in managing significant litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
n
- Draft pleadings, court documents, legal advice and strategic litigation recommendations.
n
- Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
n
- Deliver commercially focused legal advice while building strong client relationships.
n

Ideal Candidate

n

n
- 3–4 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
n
- Experience in financial services litigation and/or class actions will be highly regarded.
n
- Experience gained within a top-tier, international or leading national law firm.
n
- Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills.
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
n
- A proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
n
