Katzion is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect (TA) to serve as the leader for complex, global digital transformations. You will blueprint scalable, high-stability solutions that harmonize Salesforce with rigid IT ecosystems. As a strategic leader, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical feasibility, ensuring our "Zero Defect" standard while pioneering the integration of Agentforce and AI-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- AI & Data Architecture: Lead the strategy for Data Cloud and Agentforce (AI) integration, ensuring data residency compliance and building the foundation for autonomous AI agents within the Salesforce ecosystem.
n
- Blueprinting & Systems Design: Architect robust system landscapes connecting Salesforce to legacy ERPs (SAP, Oracle) via MuleSoft or high-performance middleware.
n
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce global standards for security, sharing models, and platform limits. Chair the Architectural Review Board (ARB) to critique and unify solution designs.
n
- DevOps & CI/CD Leadership: Drive the adoption of contemporary DevOps (Copado, Flosum, or GitHub Actions) to eliminate manual deployment risks.
n
- Quality Gatekeeping:
Implement mandatory code reviews and Bulkified pattern enforcement to ensure performance at scale and adherence to governor limits.
n
- Trusted Advisor: Present technical designs to client security/architecture boards for formal approval and provide "sanity checks" on SOWs for the salesteam.
n
- Mentorship: Coach developers through the Architect Pyramid (Application/System Architect paths) and foster a "craftsman" mindset within the delivery team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
n
n
- Experience: 15+ years in technical development; 10+ years in Salesforce solution design; 5+ years in Lightning/LWC.
n
- AI Maturity: Practical understanding of integrating LLMs, Vector Databases, and Generative AI features within Salesforce.
n
- Certifications: Minimum Application/System Architect certification required.
n
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and Multi-Org strategy.
n
- Integration & Security: Deep knowledge of OAuth, JWT, SAML, and middleware orchestration (MuleSoft, Boomi, or HULFT).
n
- Methodology: Expert in Agile/Jira and leading onshore/offshore delivery models.
