n THE ROLE
n Join our dynamic team of travel enthusiasts! We're looking for passionate individuals or seasoned professionals who live and breathe travel. As a Product & Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our adventure, playing a key role in setting up and maintaining unforgettable tours. You'll collaborate closely with our Customer Service Centre and Sales Teams, helping to elevate their product expertise. This opportunity to join the South America, Africa & Middle East team is your ticket to a thrilling career in the travel industry!
n As a valued member of the Product & Operations Team, you'll deliver genuine service to your key stakeholders, working closely with others, because we know we're better together. You'll bring a positive attitude, take ownership of your work, stay hands-on, and look for opportunities to grow and improve. Along the way, you'll embrace change for tomorrow and celebrate the moments that make our team thrive.
n Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Tour package set up & management
n
- Manage and update post-booking and Pre tour information documents
n
- Management of cruise and hotel inventory
n
- Cross checking supplier contracts
n
- Product Inbox Management - Assisting Customer Service Centre and Sales with product enquiries, proofing of marketing collateral
n
- Assist Product Manager with product launch and brochure process as required
n
- Assist in reviewing and updating the Website trip and sell pages at time of launch and through out the year to ensure accuracy
n
- Streamline/improve/develop processes to ensure consistency across all products and brands
n

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will have:nn
- High attention to detail
n




- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Proven experience in working to deadlines and being able to organise and prioritise work effectively
n
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Show initiative in assessing and implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and teamwork
n
- Demonstrate solid teamwork while maintaining the ability to work autonomously
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
n
- Minimum two years' experience within the travel and tourism industry
n
- Travel experience in these destinations along with knowledge of the ATG product will be looked upon favourably
n
