Partner with leaders to provide expert People & Culture advice across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change and employee wellbeing
n Coach and build leadership capability, supporting confident and informed people management
n Work collaboratively across specialist People & Culture teams to deliver consistent, practical and compliant workforce solutions

Requirements

n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or demonstrated working experience
n
- Broad knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and People & Culture practices
n
- Current valid Driver's License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
n
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
n
- Right to Work within Australia
n
- National Police Records Check
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online course
n
- LCS2 Outcome – Wellways will supply
n
- Strong working knowledge of SCHADS and Modern Awards (Desirable)
