Occupational Therapist - Full time/Part time/Casual Positions available

Location - Mobile OT predominantly based in south west Sydney and in clinic at Gregory Hills

n

Tasks and Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform functional capacity assessments and reports
n
- Provide therapy to NDIS participants aged between 2-65 years old
n
- Contact and liaise with referred participants, their families and service providers
n
- Complete standardised assessments suitable to the participants disability and need
n
- Source resources from the employer required for therapy sessions. Access to all resources at clinic in Gregory Hills.

Qualifications and Experience

n

n
- Bachelor and/or masters degree in occupational therapy
n




- Must provide the following: WWCC, police check, AHPRA registration number, first aid certificate, ABN, drivers licence and qualified indemnity insurance
n
- NDIS experience preferred
n
- Experience with paediatrics, mental health, equipment prescription and home modifications preferred
n
- Paid travel allowance
n
- Flexible working hours with competitive hourly rate
n
- Provision of all standardised assessments and OT resources
n
