The Company:
- An established Tier 2 Builder
- T/0 $200 million
- Reporting to a Construction Manager, managing a Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet
- Focus on commercial, education and age care construction projects in the $5 - 50 million range
- Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025/ 2026
- 35 years trading historyNorthern Sydney based
You will have:
- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
- Commercial construction experience on projects over $15 million is highly desirable
- MS Project experience sought, with Procore knowledge
- A steady career history and proven construction management background
- Ability to lead and development multi disciplined project teams
