You are an experienced and motivated Supply Chain & Logistics Manager who will join our young and growing team. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end vehicle supply chain and play a key role in building efficient, scalable processes to support business growth.

The role will work closely with overseas factories, logistics providers, ports, customs brokers, transport companies, dealers and internal teams to ensure vehicles are deliveredon time, efficiently and cost-effectively.

The Role

You are an experienced and motivated Supply Chain & Logistics Manager who will join our young and growing team. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end vehicle supply chain and play a key role in building efficient, scalable processes to support business growth.

The role will work closely with overseas factories, logistics providers, ports, customs brokers, transport companies, dealers and internal teams to ensure vehicles are deliveredon time, efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Supply Chain Management:Manage the end-to-end vehicle supply chain from factory shipment to dealer delivery.
- Vehicle Logistics:Coordinate international shipping, port operations, customs clearance, transport and vehicle distribution.
- Fleet Management:Manage and coordinate the company vehicle fleet, including demonstrator, press, staff and operational vehicles. Maintain accurate vehicle records, monitor utilisation, registration, insurance, servicing and maintenance requirements, and manage vehicle allocation, rotation and disposal to optimise fleet cost and efficiency.
- Fleet & Corporate Deliveries:Coordinate the planning,



allocation and delivery of large fleet and corporate customer orders, working closely with Sales, dealers, logistics providers and customers to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Inventory Management:Monitor vehicle orders, shipment schedules, ETAs, inventory levels and VIN-level tracking.
- Dealer Coordination:Manage vehicle allocation and delivery requirements across the dealer network.
- Supplier Management:Build strong relationships with logistics providers and suppliers, monitor performance and negotiate competitive rates.
- Process Improvement:Develop and improve supply chain processes, systems and SOPs to increase efficiency and visibility.
- Cost Management:Monitor logistics costs, identify savings opportunities and work with Finance on accurate cost reporting.
- Risk Management:Identify supply chain risks and proactively manage delays, disruptions and delivery issues.
- Reporting & Analysis:Prepare accurate reports and dashboards covering inventory, shipments, delivery performance, costs and key KPIs.
- ERP Management:Maintain accurate supply chain data and processes withinPentana Solutions.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Challenge existing processes and conventional ways of working. Identifyout-of-the-box solutionsthat improve efficiency, reduce costs,



simplify operations and create better outcomes for the business.
- Strategic Thinking:Look beyond day-to-day logistics to identify new opportunities, anticipate future supply chain requirements and build practical solutions that support company's growth.
- Challenge the Norm:Constructively question established practices and assumptions, using data, commercial judgement and innovative thinking to determine whether there is a better way of doing things.

Requirements

- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, importation or distribution, ideally within the automative or similarly complex product distribution sector.
- Experience with Pentana Solutions or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of international and domestic logistics and distribution.
- Strong supplier negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel, data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially focused.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated out-of-the-box thinking, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and develop practical, innovative solutions.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on asking “Is there a better way?” rather than simply following existing processes.

- Ability to balance operational detail with broader commercial and strategic objectives.
- Mandarin language skills and experience working with overseas manufacturing teams would be advantageous.
