We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of exceptional events and functions. Working closely with the Events Team and key stakeholders, this role is responsible for taking event briefs, developing detailed project scope documents, and overseeing all stages of event coordination—from initial concept to post-event follow-up.

Duties & Responsibilities

n

Responsible for working with stakeholders, including internal marketing / partnership team, members and external brands, taking briefs

n

Project manage events to ensure both the highest standard of event but also the highest standard of communication to all parties, ensuring members always feel the project is under control.

n

Source suppliers and form good relationships and maintain the associated internal rate card.

n

Closely monitor the budget and ensure high levels of communication

n

Provide robust support in the lead up to, and at the actual event, acting as a clear point of contact

n

Supervise work by contractors or external suppliers

n

Manage feedback, and concerns promptly, ensuring member satisfaction.

n





Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall member experience.

n

Candidates must have:

n

Strong hospitality or hotel / restaurant background

n

Ability to manage multiple projects, we run a large volume of events

n

Highly experienced in managing budgeting and forecasting.

n

Understanding if high-end luxury events and the expectations

n

Contact within the industry around suppliers

n

Love being part of a close-knit high-performing team
