Estimator – Mid to Senior (Multiple Roles)

We are a well‐established builder with over 30 years' experience delivering commercial, industrial, and retail projects ranging from $1M to $30M across NSW.

The Role

n

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Estimator to join the team. The successful candidate will support work winning for recent build commercial and industrial tenders, preparing BOQ's and understanding subcontractor pricing.

n

Required Skills

n

n
- A construction related degree with at least 3-5 years estimating experience
n
- Prepare BOQ for Concrete, Structure, Reinforcement, formwork, and early works packages
n
- Knowledge of D&C; tenders within the healthcare, industrial & education sector
n
- Experience using Buildsoft,



Cubit, Estimate One & Mud Shark software
n
- Current market knowledge of subcontractor prices
n
