Responsibilities:

- Work with highly rated Partners.

- Diverse mix of high-quality banking and finance matters.

- Act for a range of premier local, national, and international clients.

- Manage banking and finance matters including corporate and acquisition finance, securitisation, structured trade and commodity finance, private debt and special situations, and real estate investment and development finance.

Qualifications:

n

To be considered, you will be a banking and finance lawyer with 3 - 7 years of experience. More senior lawyers are also encouraged to apply.

n

This role will suit a driven and motivated associate or senior associate level lawyer who is confident in dealing with clients face to face. You will enjoy working in a high-performing and collaborative team and be provided with genuine career progression opportunities.
