What you'll be doing

n

n
- Lead shifts with confidence,



setting the tone for exceptional service and a motivated, high‐performing team
n
- Support the Store Manager across daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
n
- Maintain Yo-Chi's product quality and food safety standards
n
- Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver memorable customer experiences
n
- Uphold venue presentation, safety, and compliance at all times
n
- Drive sales, manage costs, and contribute to the store's financial success
n

What we're looking for

- Leadership experience in food, retail, or hospitality (QSR experience is a bonus)
n
- Availability across Mon‐Sun with flexibility for rotating shifts
n
- A "people first" leader who thrives on building team culture and community
n
- Adaptable, resilient, and always ready for a challenge
