About the Opportunity

n

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial projects across NSW. This is a hands‐on leadership role combining end-to-end project delivery, technical input, client relationship management, and business development. Supported by our Melbourne head office, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding our presence across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated qualified who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and the ability to influence project success from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from tender through design, construction, commissioning, and handover
n
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, profitability, and quality outcomes
n




- Implement risk management processes, including SWMS and safety assessments
n
- Build strong relationships with existing national customers
n
- Support growth of our Sydney and NSW client base
n
- Provide hands‐on technical input across design, coordination, and quality control
n
- Apply industrial electrical expertise across switchboards, control systems, and plant infrastructure
n
- Mentor subcontractors and develop trusted partner relationships
n
- Travel as required to support project and client needs
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 2+ years' project management experience within industrial or infrastructure sectors
n
- Prior experience across industrial environments such as manufacturing or utilities
n
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
n
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
n
- A self-motivated mindset with the drive to grow a regional presence
n
- Hands‐on experience with LV switchboards, control panels, MCCs, and distribution systems
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully
n
