Principal Consultant / Client Services Lead / Professional Life & Career Coach

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer with Photography skills and a sharp eye for style. If you live for visual storytelling, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to create impactful work, this role could be ideal.

You'll work for an iconic fashion brand, with their own onsite photo studio.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Create compelling digital, social, and print graphics: Design bold, on-brand creative across all platforms from social and email to lookbooks and print. Your work will help define the visual language that connects with a global audience.
n
- Lead in-house photoshoots and retouching: Take charge of photoshoots from concept to final edit - directing scenes, shooting, and retouching imagery to deliver clean, powerful visuals that elevate our products and campaigns.
n
- Craft eCommerce and campaign visuals that convert: Design with purpose - creating eCommerce banners, landing pages, and ad content that not only looks great but drives clicks, conversions, and customer engagement.
n
- Tell brand stories that resonate and inspire: Turn creative briefs into visuals that speak to our audience.



You'll help communicate brand values, capture attention, and build emotional connections through design.

- Stay ahead of design trends and AI tools: Keep us on the cutting edge by exploring the latest design trends and smart tools. You'll bring fresh ideas and innovation to the table, always pushing creative boundaries.

Core Skills:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in graphic design + photography
n
- A strong portfolio that shows both style and versatility
n
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
n
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social-first content
n
- Experience in fashion/lifestyle design is a big bonus
n
- Obsessed with detail and always on brand
n
