We are seeking a Safety Advisor to be based in Bundaberg, supporting our manufacturing operations and installation activities through a visible, handson approach to workplace safety.

As Safety Advisor, you will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of WHS practices across multiple sites.

We are seeking a Safety Advisor to be based in Bundaberg, supporting our manufacturing operations and installation activities through a visible, handson approach to workplace safety.

As Safety Advisor, you will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of WHS practices across multiple sites.

n





Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Providing practical WHS advice across manufacturing and installation environments
n
- Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification
n
- Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actionsCoordinating and delivering safety training and toolbox talks
n
- Supporting rehabilitation and returntowork processes
n
- Maintaining WHS documentation, reporting and records
n
- Analysing safety data and assisting with audits and performance reporting
n
- Building strong relationships through a visible, onsite presence
n

About You

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Proven WHS experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction environments
n
- A practical, solutionsfocused mindset
n
- Strong communication and influencing skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
n
- Confidence working autonomously with operational teams
n

n

Qualifications & Requirements:

n

n
- Certificate IV (or higher) in WHS
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
n
- High level of computer literacy
n

n
