Job Description

As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated Underground Electrician to join the team on a full time basis, working an 8/6 roster. These roles are integral to delivering safe,productiveand efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.

Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

n

n
- Install,maintain, and repair underground electrical systems, including power, lighting, and control circuit
n
- Diagnose and fault-find electrical issues to minimise downtime and keep operations running safely
n
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on underground equipment
n
- Ensure all workcomplies withsafety regulations, procedures, and electrical standards
n
- Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to support daily production and maintenance activities
n
- Complete job documentation, reports, and isolation procedures accurately and on time
n
- Previous demonstrated experience working as an electrician, preferrably in an underground mining
n
- Relevant Trade qualification as an Electrician (or equivalent)
n
- Current WA Electrical License
n
- High voltage switching certificate (within 2 years is desirable)
n
- Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)
