Job Scope:

We’re looking for Business Development Manager – Data Centre – Australia & New Zealand to drive early-stage growth across the hyperscale and colocation data centre market in the Pacific region. This is a front-end, strategic business development role, focused on influencing key stakeholders at the design stage and building a high-quality pipeline for downstream sales teams to convert.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and influence consultants and design engineers at concept stage
- Secure specifications and position solutions early in the design lifecycle
- Build a strong project pipeline (12–36 months) across hyperscale & colo
- Support BIM/design integration, budget pricing, and solution positioning




- Represent the business at key industry events and trade shows

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
- 3–5 years’ experience in Data centre cooling systems, or Commercial HVAC solutions
- Proven ability to influence consultants and shape early-stage design decisions
- Strong commercial awareness with a business development mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with BIM/design tools is a strong advantage
