Our new division, Altitude Services, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to build demand for our specialist drone-enabled building washing service. Based in Brisbane, this national role offers the opportunity to identify new markets, open doors with major asset owners and facilities leaders, and turn an innovative service offering into a scalable growth channel. Regular interstate travel will be required to meet clients, inspect sites, attend industry events and support growth opportunities across Australia. Key market sectors this role will operate in includes commercial buildings, stadiums, education, health, infrastructure and wind farms.

You will build relationships with asset owners, facilities managers, venue managers, consultants and CASA, helping clients solve building washing, access and maintenance challenges through safe, commercially sound solutions.





Reporting to the General Manager – Flight & Safety and working closely with our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, qualifying opportunities, estimating and developing quotes, preparing tenders and proposals, managing the sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to operations.

Role

While having experience in Drones and related services is ideal, to be successful in this role you will need experience in:

- solution selling in B2B commercial sectors, such as properties, facilities management or infrastructure sectors.
- prospecting, lead generation, responding to tenders and pipeline management for long sales cycles
- good commercial acumen, including the ability to understand pricing, maintenance contracts and operational delivery considerations.
